Friday April 25th- Saturday 26th, 2014

This workshop is open to ALL students with RSVP.

Members of The Brown Boi Project will conduct a day and a half long workshop that will include activities and discussions around understanding the economic necessity of oppression, understand privilege, and transforming health justice for Brown Bois, to name a few. Together the Brown Boi Project members will engage Claremont College students in cultivating spaces to explore and develop healthy frameworks of masculinity in order to promote cross racial and gender alliance-building within communities of color and reduce oppression.

While the work of The Brown Bois is rooted in a people of color framework, addressing the issues, experiences of People of Color and Queer People of Color, the workshop is open to anyone interested in fully engaging in this space and this framework. There is room for up to 40 students to participate in this workshop.

Please PSVP to or contact us for any questions. 🙂
